Steps to create a case from Open Span

Hi All,

Was trying to find the way to create cases using automation but it's hard to do. Even I'm not getting much details on this online, can anyone please help?

I've a Pega 7.2.2 PE & Robotic Studio 8 installed, in which I'm trying this.
