@GOURABKETAN  Build this as an integration: when a user uploads a PPT/XLS/DOC attachment, Pega stores it, calls an external document-conversion service over REST, and receives the PDF as bytes to reattach back to the case. This avoids trying to do Office-to-PDF inside Pega, which is not available out of the box. In Pega Cloud, importing third-party JARs is tightly controlled and the customer is responsible for what gets imported, so a service-based conversion is the clean, supportable path. If you still need any libraries/JARs deployed to the cloud runtime, you must request it through the Pega Cloud change task process (Libraries/Jars is an explicit change category). Pega does not provide a special trusted repository for “approved” conversion JARs, so sourcing and validating third-party packages remains your responsibility.
