Need to add Switch application in other portals
Hi All,
We have a requirement where we need to show a link to user. When user clicks on link we should display a window with switch application options where user can select applications to which they want to switch . Once they select the application user should get that application.
So my requirement is that - On Click of the link, user should be shown applications options to select and switch.
Kindly let me know how i can achieve this requirement. We are using Pega 7.1.6 version.

Hi Nagendra,
If you check the switch application option in the Designer studio, on click it runs the script "switchApplication".
You can try using the same xml stream in your menu on click action event:

Thanks for your comments. This is really helpful to start.
But my requirement is when user logins in portal we should display a screen with options like Application1, Application2 and Application3. Based on user selection , user should get application to work. How we can achieve this requirement.

If you want to show only these options to the user you can simply create a section with this menu option which should be displayed on login.
Once user select any option it will automatically switch the application.
