NBA - Display Bundle Offers on UI
Hi,
We are implementing Bundle offers and want to show it on UI for the agent to see the Bundle offers while speaking to a customer. Created Actions and associated them with Bundle Name.
A REST container call is made from CS Application to NBA application to fetch the Bundle offers.
Do we have any OOTB rules to show Bundle Offers as Tiles on UI? If not please suggest a good approach to achieve this.

I guess you’re bundle offers are a collection of member actions that you group on name into a Bundle under a single bundle header. It’s not clear to me the business reason for bundling in your context; is this to merely group offers together for communication purposes (for example purchase the iPhone 12 or the Samsung 21) or is to form a specific proposition for a specific price (take the 12 monthly plan with the iPhone 12 for $50 a month, where iPhone 12 and monthly plan are both member Actions). In the latter scenario, it can often be better to create a single Action to represent the proposition, unless this would lead to a proliferation of Actions, or if you have a specific issue where you want to learn about the member Actions, not just the bundle Header. So good to get your reasoning why you need bundling in this scenario?
To try and address your question without context, in 8.7 we introduced an Advanced bundling component, which is available on Pega Market place, that allows for dynamic (Personalised) bundles to be created by the Strategy Framework, and the static (Fixed) bundles to be created by the NBA user… all built on the NBAD Strategy Framework. In 8.7 we introduced a new way to create static bundles, not just on name, but linked to the Bundle header, to allow member Actions to be reused across bundles. Good to get an idea of your version of CDH, and whether you are using NBAD?

These bundles are returned via the standard Container framework which has been a fundamental part of CDH for sometime. The container takes some additional context to determine if a Bundle is required, or if the customer needs is better address by an individual Action. In 8.8 we will introduce the ability for clients to choose to disable dynamic bundles, and to choose some metadata around how bundles are put together.
In terms of presentation, we have the NBA Advisor product that presents bundles to customers in agent assisted, both as pods summarising the bundling, and exposing the granular details of the bundle members. If you visit the NBA Advisor documentation you will see examples of this.

we are forming a specific proposition for a specific price (take the 12 monthly plan with the iPhone 12 for $50 a month, where iPhone 12 and monthly plan are both member Actions). This is similar to our implementation.
We are using Pega 8.5 version and CDH version 1. we are planning to upgrade to 8.7 and CDH version 2.
For example.
Action 1 - 300mbps internet plan for 50$ a month.
Action 2 - 5$ discount for enrolling in paperless
Action 3 - Get 100$ visa card or security camera
I have these actions that are eligible a new customer. I want to bundle all these 3 actions into a FixedBundle. I have created an Action for a Bundle to show it as a header. So my container returns 4 actions here, Action Bundle and the other 3 actions.
I want to show these actions as a tile on UI for CSR(CSR application is different. A container REST call is made to CDH application and offers are returned). Also when the customer accepts the bundle we need to update the interaction history that these actions are accepted.
