Trying to display cdh offers in CS
Hi,
Greetings. I am trying to show Cdh offers in CS, I have enabled cdh within CS, real-time container, assisted agent channel, action and treatment is also implemented however when launching the interaction from CS portal, no call to CDH is being made, this I found by enabling tracer on D_NBAContainer. Is there any configuration that I may have missed? Are there any when rules that I need to change within CS? I am on Pega 24.1.
