Multi-Tenant options.. Where can i choose class based/multitenant edition/instance based

Where am i given an option to choose between different tenant options as listed below:

Hi Haria,

While installation once you select the type of DB you are going to use, the next step is to select the the PRPC product edition, there you can select multitenancy edition.
