Query on LSA (7.1) Quiz - Pega Cloud and Multi-Tenancy - Managing Multi-Tenant Instances

Which approaches are useful in managing multi-tenant instances? (Choose Two)

1. Building an application in PRPC or using other tools to access services exposed by the MTManagement Service Package (Correct Answer)

3. Using the application server administrative console

In the above question, can somebody elaborate on 2nd option as I am having trouble finding about that in the course? Thanks in advance.
