missing queue items after upgrade from 8.1 to 8.3

After upgraded  from 8.1 to 8.3,we queue items are missing. 

When arround 100 items are being queued, only around 55 to 60 items are being processed. Other are not being processed nor present in failed queue.

Any solutions or debugging ideas are most welcome.

Hi Marc, 

Thanks for the quick reply.

Instance was recently upgraded  from PEGA 8.1 to PEGA 8.3.(no other frameworks except Agile studio)  

Queue processer are used. Kafka version is Proprietary information hidden.

Apologies could not understand "What sort of queue instances is it? "
