Missing OOTB When rule while clicking on intent task

We upgraded our platform from 8.3.1 to 8.4.1 and when clicking on intent task ,below error we are getting and i am seeing below OOTB when rule is not available.Let me know if anyone is seeing same issue or i am missing anything.
