Make "newFutureTTL" as configurable DSS or change "FutureTTL" to 300 Sec from 60 Sec

We need an option to make "newFutureTTL" as configurable DSS or change "FutureTTL" to 300 Sec instead of 60 Sec.

Please refer below post for details and let us know if the product can be enhanced to achieve this.
