How to pull 300K record from a list view report

 

Hi ,

I wanted to pull a list view report which having 300K records in DB and want to show all in excel by export excel .

 

I did paging and somehow I'm able to pull 25k record but for more records its giving timeout /internal server error.

 

Is there any way I can pull all records?

do Pega have any constraint to pull any maximum records?

  • is it feasible & convincing to convert list view to Report Definition rule?
  • the latest RD (> 7.1.8) has options to tune the elapsed time settings under data access tab of rule form to easily handle the timeout exceptions.
  • 10,000 is the default/max value to export records which can be customized/tuned.
