Check if your user role has the necessary privileges to access that category. Sometimes, the issue is due to caching, so try logging out, clearing your browser cache, or using incognito mode. Verify if any filters are applied in the Report Browser that might hide the report. Ensure the report’s availability settings allow it to be viewed by the right users. If the issue persists, clear the clipboard in the Developer Toolbar and perform a System Pulse to sync changes. Lastly, check if your Pega version has known bugs related to reports and apply the latest fixes if needed ​​​​​​​
