Can we create custom views in newly created Landing Page?
Hi,
We started with new application using constellation in 8.8.2.
We have the requirement to add a new landing page, this will allow the business to upload an excel file.
I don't see any option to add custom views except the OOTB ones.
Any thoughts around this?

May I know which version of PEGA are you using?
Current we are using 8.8.3 and I don't see the option to add a new view like that you did (with reference to your screen shot CustomLanding_Pages-3.png. )

@ChintakayalaS17045026I was able to add Custom views in 8.8.3 on Pega oncloud. I believe you're on-premise and not sure if that makes a difference.

@cshivas6 We can add custom views(List Template) to the Landing Pages, however, I believe adding a button for upload on the Landing pages may not be feasible. You may have to build a custom component to achieve your requirements from the Landing Page.

1. Though my requirement is not related to list pages, but still I don't see the option to add custom views
2. Could you please share more insight on "custom component"? Appreciate if you could share some reference material.

I see an option either to create a new view or associate an existing view (attached screenshot). Can you please create a Product support ticket?

@ChintakayalaS17045026 Our support team have closed SR-B126 as invalid as that is a Service Request ticket, not a product incident.
Support ticket categories and types
There are three categories of support tickets:
- Incident: An unexpected error or event that affects your business, requiring restoration of services in the shortest possible time to reduce loss of business to you
- Issue: A problem with Pega functionality that is unexpected or not documented, resulting in a request for a solution or information regarding the problem that you describe
- Support Service: Any other need that is not an Incident or an Issue that requires support assistance, like requesting hotfixes or cloud changes
Note: Both Incident and Issue use the support ticket prefix INC.
You logged a Support Service of type 'Cloud Assistance':
Cloud assistance |
Request information for your Pega Cloud environment, for example, current storage usage, IP address details, or third-party support inquiries Your ticket will have the SR- prefix. |

@RameshSangili I get what you are saying now. I referred to Could PEGA infinity instance and I could see only List template option. PFA. That does not fulfil my requirement.
I need to check how Custom DX component fits my case.
