Changes in DSS are not getting reflected to prconfig.xml

Hi All,

I have made changes for the following DSS but I am not able to find an entry in the prconfig.xml even after performing server restart.

Pega-Engine • prconfig/initialization/disableautocomplete/default ----> Value:true

Is this an expected behaviour?
