log off condition

I have a query i.e when user uses sign up he need to provide the details and the case should be resolved from there i.e a case need to close .can any one help me

Hello, 

I'm not sure to get the relationship between your title "Log off condition" and the description. 

Is the user logging off or on for your requirement? Can you clarify?

Yes if use sign up the case is resolved for next time he need to run another case
