In Pega Constellation, when a user clicks the log off button, the entire screen reloads because the system ends the current session and clears all user data. This is expected behavior to make sure everything related to the user’s login, like security tokens and session information, is removed properly. If SSO is used, it may also redirect to the external login page, which causes the full page to reload. This helps in securely logging the user out of the application. As of now, there is no option to log out without reloading the whole screen.
