Log off is not working in PRSSO

I have "Show Log Off screen" in Log off redirection drop down of my application.
I have removed below meta tag from RULE-OBJ-HTML @BASECLASS WEB-SESSION-RETURN
<META http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=<pega:reference name="$save(servURL)" />">

saved the HTML rule in RSV exposed to our unauthenticated AG.
After above changes the log off is working as expected i.e its showing log off screen. But its working in node 2 only.
We have 2 nodes in our system and log off is not working in node1 i.e its redirecting and logs in back the user.

Do we need to do any node specific change to make this log off work?

Did you recently make the changes to the systems Requestor Type browser data instance and change the AccessGroup reference? 

Nodes need to be restarted after that change.
