We have a requirement to translate the existing UI screen labels to show in Spanish after running Localization wizard & making the necessary Locale settings. I tried this on my local V7.2.2 for 3-4 labels to translate but I am not sure on how to use those field values based on the customer's language preference done through IVR. I don't see any PDN article to get much help on Localization process. Or may be I missed it from PDN site. Can someone please help me with the steps to be followed for this?
Requirement: Call comes from customer-> select the lang pref from IVR -> accept the popup from app -> translation should done on each and every label of the screen accordingly.
