@RavitejaT3911 First check your UI stack: if you are on Constellation, Live UI will not open sections or rule names because Constellation renders Views, so use App Studio to open the View or field and edit there. If you are on Theme-Cosmos or any section-based UI, open the user portal from Dev Studio, turn on Live UI from the developer toolbar, then hover and click the widget in the Live UI tree to open the section or harness. If Live UI toggle is missing, enable it in your operator preferences and make sure your access group has developer privileges and your environment is not set to a high production level that hides authoring tools. If you still cannot open, launch the same portal you are inspecting from Dev Studio rather than App Studio so the tool attaches to the right thread. Make sure pop-ups are allowed and no browser extensions block the inspector. Clear static content cache, log out and back in, and try again. If the rule sits in a locked ruleset you can open but not save, so switch to a development ruleset or private edit. For Constellation specifically, use App Studio Views, or open the case type, pick the View, and click the pencil on the region you want to edit.
