Print OOTB Action is not working as expected
As a requirement, we have to allow to print the dashboard. We have configured a Print button. On the Print button we added On Click and Print action. When we click on the button an error is raised but the tracer doesn’t show anything, even no errors. We use Pega 7.3.0.
Can you please have a look.

Steps to Reproduce
1. In the section, add a button
2. Add ‘On Click’ event with an action ’Print’ (OOTB)
3. Run application
4. Start tracer
5. Click on button

Hello,
On click of the button it will call Work-PrintWork activity and it is working as expected in my local test case. I would suggest you the below options to debug this issue going forward:
- As this will open the print preview in the new browser window make sure that you'r browser is not blocking the new popup window.
- You need to enable the Activity related trace events and also the Stream Rules to get more information to capture in the tracer log.
- You can also cross check in the PegaRULES log file to make sure if any error is noticed in the log during your test.
