Print action from Action Sets is not working as expected
Hello Guys,
On click of button we have menu action which contains Print option, We configured Print action OOTB behind this Print option in Navigation rule. We are expecting that it should print the Case screen which we opened but it is not doing so. It is just printing some data of opened case in below format.

Can someone please provide any suggestions or work arounds here?

Could you please try calling the OOTB Work-PrintWork activity for printing.

@P.Siva.Praveen Thanks for the reply Siva. Print action will call OOTB Work-PrintWork activity only right? But yeah, tried by running this activity too but no luck.
