Add History note on Print Action
I need to add a History Memo on the Print button from the Case Tools to log every time someone prints the case details.
I tried to add a click action "Run Activity: AddHistory" but this does absolutely nothing. Tracer tells me it runs successfully, but the note never saves/appears on the case.
a) What do I need to do differently to make this work?
b) ENHANCEMENT REQUEST: Please add standard action in the click actions list for adding a History Memo, I should not have to go through Run Activity and hope that I select the right one (which I haven't yet!)

Can you try saving your work item after you are done with print and then check the history.
The new history instance is saved but not committed. Make sure that your activity or a later activity always performs a Commit method to make this new data instance a permanent part of the database.

Yep, that worked! Though it did introduce a Severe Guardrail violation for adding the Commit step.
I also had to link it with a Refresh-Other Section action and run the "AddHistoryWithCommit" activity from there. It didn't display otherwise if I just said "Run Activity".
