"Add Note" duplicates the workobject.

When I add notes to a workobject(claim) in the work list in mywork screen, a duplicate of the workobject(claim) is created which I don't need. Can we avoid that?

Thanks for posting your query in PSC. :)

Could you mention the Pega version used at your end. 

From your post,  I understand that when you add note to workobject(C-1), a duplicate of C-1 (say C-2) is created. Is my understanding correct?
