Unable to "Add Allowed Values to a Property Definition"
While working on the Data Elements section, the exercise for "Add Allowed Values to a Property Definition" section is not showing up the required option to add the values.
In the exercise, it says, Use the UI Inspector to open the property rule for the Interviewer Rating field.
But when I try to hover over the section, I am able to access the layout instead of the field. please advise what could have been missed here?

Hovering over the layout, you can find out the section listed below the layout name.
Open the section by clicking on its name
Alternatively: you can search for the section name
