Add Allowed Values to a Property Definition

I was working on Exercise "Add Allowed Values to a Property Definition" and followed step 8 (last step) in the attached solution, but I 

   

didn't see the expected screen.  Actually, the screen seemed to stay the same even if I clicked REFRESH several times.  My screen is also attached.
