Add table with value from a property with a condition in the email correspondence

Hi,

I have a requirement to send an email in which the body contains a table with column headings which is static and values in the rows are to be fetched from a fields. The number of rows displayed depends on a condition that is :

pyWorkStatus = 'Pending-Manager' and the case is more than 7 days from the date it was routed to the manager.

Please help suggest how it can be implemented.
