Print is not working when we prompt using Open URL Window Action set
In a case UI, when we click on the Print option it should the Print View when we click on Print in Print View, displaying the sections to be printed when we click on submit it is showing the sections that are selected earlier, but it s not showing the Print pop-up.

Hi,
I tried your use case on my Pega 7.2.2 system. I added "Open URL in Window" action for the 'click' event on "PrintWork" button.
Under it, I entered ootb activity "PrintWork". Since "PrintWork" will display ootb harness "PrintView" by default, so I left "PrintHarness" field empty.
During the run time, when I clicked on the "PrintWork" button, I saw that "PrintView" harness was displayed in a separate new window.

Hi Susan,
Thanks for the quick reply, as per our requirement we need to select individual sections that need to print but it is showing the selected sections in the new pop-up but not showing Print pop-up ( contains list of printers). Can u please provide necessary changes it will help us.

Hi,
I don't fully understand your requirement.
OOTB activity "PrintWork" will display the PrintView harness. The Harness, of course, will contain a list of sections in it.
What is the Print pop-up which contains list of printers? Can you clarify it? Any screen shot will help.
