Localization is not working as expected in Pega 25.1

For Localization in Pega 25.1, we create language package

1. Settings --> Localization --> Create Language Package in Nederlands

2. Upload the Excel with all our application text.

3. Change the operator Locale to nl_NL.

But, few of the localization is not working. Like, pyWorkStatus & Button lables are still in english. We are expecting to display in Dutch.
