I’m dealing with two Pega Constellation applications (24.2). The users of application A (consumer) should be able to work on a case type from application B (producer). To achieve this, I have been trying to configure the case type in the application B as a remote case type in application A. I’m dealing with two Pega applications (Constellation). To achieve this, I have been trying to configure the case type in the application B as a remote case type in application A.

I referred to the PDN documentation https://docs.pega.com/bundle/platform/page/platform/case-management/configuring-consumer-system-remote-case-types.html (all the child topics under this).

I have configured the keystores/ trust stores/ Token profiles/ Identity mapping and auth 2.0 client registration as instructed in the documentation.

Somehow, I’m still not able to establish the connectivity to the remote case type. I keep getting the following error message when trying to add the remote case type in the consumer application, app A.

Can someone kindly shed some light to understand the possible causes for this issue?
