Implementing Remote Case Type
Hi,
We have an application which is built on Pega Customer Service framework and hosted on Pega cloud. The application is not built using Cosmos React.So I would like to confirm if we can implement remote case types for our application.
As per one of the help articles, having COSMOS React implementation is must for remote case type implementation but in another article, I have read that COSMOS React is by default implemented for applications hosted on Pega cloud. So I would like to get confirmation if remote case type can be implemented for our application or not.

I was also looking for this kind of implementation. But, I have tried a POC on the Theme-Cosmos based application as a remote case type for the customer service based local applications. It seems like it is supporting for Theme-Cosmos based applications as well. I have checked the OOTB rules for the remote case type templates etc. It seems like there are different implementations for Cosmos-React and Theme-Cosmos based applications. In my view, it should support both Theme-Cosmos and Cosmos-React.
