Traditional Case type UI in not rendering in the Constellation (Pega CS)
We added a traditional Case Type (name: TraditionalBenefit) to a Constellation application by following the steps mentioned in below Pega documentation. We are able to configure and launch the converted traditional case type (name: TraditionalBenefit) from portal Create menu, also case type UI is getting rendered as expected.
As a next step, we included the same traditional case type (name: TraditionalBenefit) into the Add case menu as per below Pega document. Case type is available in Add case menu as expected, however the UI is not getting rendered when we are trying to launch traditional case type (name: TraditionalBenefit) from Add case menu as a part of interaction.
I tried to trace while launching traditional case type (name: TraditionalBenefit) in both above scenarios ( from Create menu and from Add case menu) and observed the view type is getting set as "form" when we launch case type from Add case menu and view type is getting set as "page" when we launch case type Create menu.

Processing traditional case types in CS for Constellation is a little different to a standard constellation application. The features described are not designed for use with the out-of-the-box Pega Customer Service applications. Instead, you will need to use the Pega Coexistence features provided with the Pega Customer Service applications.
Note that from the 24.2 release the Pega Process Fabric Hub solution takes precedence as the way to process UI Kit Cases in Customer Service applications on Constellation

Thank you @Marc Alderman for your response, I came across one more alternative "Constellation Modernization Assistant component" to migrate the existing UI kit application to Constellation, but not sure if it supports the Pega CS.
Could you please advice if this component is compatible to migrate Pega CS UI kit application to Constellation?

The User Guide does not mention if Traditional CS -> Constellation CS is included in its functionality.
"The tool does not help migrate your applicationto the Common Data Model (CDM).If you modernize your application to run on Sales Automation on Constellation or Customer Service on Constellation, you will need manually convert your application to the new data objects supported by CDM"
@RichardMarsot as PO of this alternative "Constellation Modernization Assistant component" Marketplace component, please could you provide your input w.r.t CS?

@Krishna_Das (cc @MarijeSchillern ) this is the correct paragraph of the user guide - this paragraph covers migration of Traditional UI Cs to Constellation CS - so the tool can potentially be used but it will not account for moving your data model to CD.
As such you will need to first move to use the CDM and then run the tool.

Are there any specific instructions/document available to manually convert UI Kit application to the new data objects supported by CDM ?
