Issues with Pega Mobile Automation

We are using Pega Mobile app in version 8.5.6 and working on the Automation scripts to automate Pega Mobile native app testing.

We are facing issues in below areas

1.Unable to enter values into multi-choice dropdown fields using automation scripts. A value can be selected from this dropdown, but scrolling to get the full values from the dropdown is difficult to achieve

2. Xpath for Autocomplete field could not be identified due to large number of overlapping objects

 

Can anyone please advise if this can be achieved with Automation.

We are using Appium with CRAFT Selenium framework.

@RashmiC4 Hi, thank you for asking these questions! To be able to answer them, I need more info:

1. Which UI do you use in your application? Theme Cosmos or UIKit?

2. Do you use @data-test-id while searching for XPaths? It is a property added automatically to a Pega Mobile App's Web components while running it in the Debug mode.
