Unable to login into Pega Mobile Express for sales automation application

After I scan the QR code I could see the login and the login validation is working fine too but after I enter the valid login credentials it is redirecting to an error page with the error

Status: fail

Message: There has been an issue please consult your system administrator

Engine Version: PegaRules 7.30

Hi Goutham,

This is a generic failure that can have many causes.  I would start by looking at the Pega logs on the server, then checking the client logs for the device.
