HI team,
i want to develop an application using PEGA, i have a small query .
1) Can we send and voice decoder signal to PEGA application and is there any service like (SOAP,RESt etc..) in PEGA to convert this voice signal to PEGA understandable language. And viceversa.

You can take an audio recording and send it to services like https://developer.amazon.com/en-US/alexa/devices/alexa-built-in or https://cloud.google.com/speech-to-text via REST connectors. Then you can feed the result text through our Text Analyzer feature https://docs-previous.pega.com/example-free-text-model-analyzing-text-pega-721. We would love to hear your use case so that we can explain how best to leverage Pega 7.

Hi James,
I have an idea that i want to develop an mobile application using PEGA. when any person is in risk position and he shouted like help me, when he shouted like Help me then that voice signal have sent to the person's(who is in risky position) mobile through google voice recognition and then to mobile application which i have to develop using PEGA. In application i have to configure like when the input HELP ME received then application will use google apps(we have to configure google maps in Application by generating Google API key and that key we have to use in pxaddressmap control) to identify perosns location and after identifying persons location then a call or message will go to nearest police station in that location. This application is for security purpose especially for girls and womens.
@James could you help on this.
