Pega Mobile network connectivity issue

Hi Team,

I have generated a Pega Mobile application for both iOS and Android via Mobile Build Server. Then, tried installing those apps on my mobile. Both the apps are (Android and iOS) throwing same issue - "Unable to connect to server - please check network configuration on your device". What could be the issue? Any thoughts?

I have attached both apps screenshots (Android and iOS). 

Platform: Pega 8.1 (Pega Labs)

Thanks for the reply Kevin. I have raised an SR and the reply was to check the loginCacheManifest file (rule). In my case, this file is an outdated one overridden from lower versions of Pega which contained references to non-existent files. Suggestion was to take the latest one from Pega rulesets. That fixed the issue.

can u first check if you can access the pega instance using mobile browser like chrome or firefox? this will verify if your phone can actually connect to pega lab instances.
