Issue with Rule Refactor"


Hi all,

I have to decommission an application. As part of it, I tried to delete a ruleset completely(all versions )

But, out of 3000 rules, only 1500 deleted. all rulesets are locked. I was getting error like
"Can not delete the rule in locked ruleset"

I was not the developer for application and I don't know the password for unlocking all rulesets.

Is there is any way to clean up completely

Hi

this is a crazy yet genuine requirement. And one needs to have special privilege to get this done. 

One way I can think of is running script in the backend, but then, that has to be done by someone who has right privilege to do so. Make sure to create a approved process around this exception and then implement the solution.
