We are unable to refactor all the rules from an application (Ex:- Sections, Flow actions and Harness rules are not refactored)

I am try to refactor like this.

Ex:- Old class name: XYZ-(Top Level Class)

       New Class name: ABC-

We are unable to refactored all the rules from an application (Ex:- Sections, Flow actions and Harness rules are not refactored and remaing rules are done)

after completion of refactor thing, I found "STRING INDEX OUT OF RANGE" error on log messages.
