Refactoring an Application

Related to the CLSA quiz question for Refactoring an Applicaion, you are asked to select two values.  Here is the question and the 'correct' answers.

What rules can the "Refactor on Import" utility rename? (Choose Two)

Ruleset

 

I don't unserstand why Ruleset is included in the answer.  According to the PDN

"You can use the Refactor on Import wizard to rename classes in a RuleSet archive or product archive as it is imported."
