Remove the Cancel button from ALL Flow Actions

I have requirement to remove the Cancel button from ALL Flow Actions in my application - but keep the default Submit button as-is.

I am aware that using Flow Action "Actions" tab , I can either Enable or Disable ALL default OOTB Flow Actions - but my requirement is to remove Cancel button ONLY for ALL Flow Actions in the application. I would prefer a solution where i don't have to change every Flow Action rule to accomplish this.

How can this be done ?
