Issue in Report Definition using pyResolvedTime property visibility
Hi,
we have used the pyresolvedTime property in RD. When we run the RD,view the report in Pega gives me a time in days (i.e. 1.109 days,1.867 days).
However, when I export the report to Excel, the data in that field is converted into a number rather than remaining as text. The data in the pyResolvedTime field should either remain as text or should show the time in days i.e. 1.109 without the word 'days', so that the information is meaningful in the Excel version of the report. Hi,
I check an OOTB report (pyEffortReport) using this property. It seems this is a default behaviour of Pega to add 'days'. I think you can change this by clicking on the gear icon of that row and select 'Decimal' in the cloumn format. I have checked the solution and it is working fine.
