Optimized properties are not visible in the report Browser

Hi Team,

There are two properties in a page which were optimized. Business wants to create a report in the report browser. When these properties were searched one property is visible in the all matches where as the another property is not visible . Can you please let us know what could be the reason and how to resolve it.

Hi Krishna,

If property is optimized, there should a column created separately in database table.Can you please check in database table if the column is created. 

Please do a test connection on the class definition to see if there are any errors reported. Also Please check if adding an external mapping in the class for the missing  property helps.

Hi Waseem & Vikas,

Thanks for the reply.

That property was already optimized and there are errors while testing the connection. It was already added in the External mapping as well.

In the report definition, specificying explicitly by typing the property, I am able to add it. But its not coming in report browser when business people trying add.Because they can only do drag and drop the property.

What error due you see while doing test connectivity?

For the same class are you able to see different optimized properties in the All Matches tab?

Hi Krishna,

 

Even if the property is not being displayed in the all matches, did you try to mention the property name in the query tab and save the RD?

If not can you give it a try and see if it is allowing you to save or not.

Also is the property exposed in the same class or in a different class?

Another possibility could be because the limit was reached.

Please take a look at this Support Article. Depending on what version of Pega you are on, this Hfix may be applicable.
