installing exercise system for Reporting Specialist

I am following the instructions to install the exercise system for Reporting Specialist.  However, when I get to the step that says, "Installing VMWare Player...It is included in the PVS download," there is no applications subdirectory.  I only have a readme file and a server directory that contains 35 files.  I checked the zip file and 7-zip says it is not corrupted.  Where do I get the correct PVS download for this course that includes the VMWare Player?
