Impact of configuring Pega ADM "May Be Later" Response to Positive

Hi @IvarS334/ @Otto_Perdeck,

There is an aspiration around configuring "My be Later" responses to "Positive" instead of "Neutral" to train the Adaptive Model as there was an initial interest from the customers. Can we get your feedback on training Pega Adaptive models to Positive outcome for the Neutral responses? Primarily, we would like to understand the down-side of this configuration as we are aware the new configuration will bring more positive outcomes.
