I have a ticket open to address an issue where our web models are not logging the default NoResponse negative responses after the response timeout window expires and no click is received. I need to provide a recommendation to our client as to how to move forward with adaptive modeling once the root cause is identified and fixed.

Should the existing models be deleted and allowed to regenerate once a fix is in place? Or are the models learning as well as they would have, had they logged negative responses? Do the models also learn from default responses?
