Icons and images are not loaded properly in IAC Gadget

I have a screen with icons and buttons . This is exposed as gadget through IAC in an external application. I'am using Firefox browser 38.2 version to load the gadget and the Pega PRPC version is 6.2 SP2

These icons and its images are not loading properly and also on click there is no action. This issue is intermittent. The page loads properly when refreshed. Please let me know if anybody had this issue earlier and was able to resolve.

Hi Suhasini,

Are you facing this issue only with Firefox or any other browser? Have you tried restarting the instance with a cache clear, and removal of marker files.

Hi ,

This issue is occuring only in Firfox. Yes we have tried restarting of the server instance with clear cache. But still the issue has occurred for the UAT users . 

Below is the error log.

When the issue is reproducible at your end, can you please try steps as below

-Run Fiddler/If not trace with F12 debugger network tab of your browser

-Right click on the icon-image

-Open the image in new tab

 

Check the http status code in fiddler or debugger. Probably you should get 413 or 414 http status code.
