Font awesome 4.7 image not loaded on pega icon picker class
I've already upload the icon and the fonts but the icon image didn't load. how to make the icon load?.

@JOSUA HERO HUTABARAT please include the Pega version.
Can you please provide some insight on the following points?
- Is this application currently using UI Kit or Themes Cosmos?
- Were you able to upload the custom logo via App Studio before attempting to upload to the portal? Instructions on that can be found here: https://docs.pega.com/user-experience/86/defining-logo-application
- If so, are the images not uploading at all or once uploaded, are they not uploading specifically to the portal?
