How to train the email bot to recognize answers to question in a form in email body and populate the corresponding properties.
I need to populate different types of properties (dropdown, text, comments etc) based on the answers provided in a standard email form. The form will be pasted in the email body.
Can we train the email bot to recognize locations within the email body and pickup text and populate the corresponding properties?
Also can anyone help with the accuracy of this.

Hi Garima, Email bot works with Natural Language Processing. It will not work by recognizing locations but you can train machine learning model in such a way that it extracts relevant information as entities. Since you are using form, there might be labels associated so you can train Machine learning model in such a way that anything that comes after particular label will be considered as particular entity.
