Is Pega Email BOT compatible with Pega 7.4
I want to use Email BOT feature in Pega 7.4 . Can we do it ? If not How can i add HTML in Email Body ? We have a Outbound email with Approval Request . User Clicks on Approve Link on the email , A response email is formed with predefined email body , i want to add HTML elements and conditions on the email body . Can we do it in 7.4.

My first question is answered : Email BOT is not compatible with 7.4 .
Second Question is still open : How can i add HTML Form in response email body that can be parsed by Pega.

Hi Ravi, I'm not sure where you got this information. Email Bot is part of Pega platform version 7.4. Lot of features like reply handling, NLP analysis, etc are part of 7.4 and of course there have been lot of addition features since. Your second question - Have you tried using Approve/Reject smart shape? Adding HTML to email body is not supported and I'm not sure how many email clients will support doing that or if it's possible because of security concerns. Most email softwares will simply block the execution of script. You can do only as much as standard 'mailto' links support - https://css-tricks.com/snippets/html/mailto-links/
