How to set ticket when there is no Advanced tab
I'm using pega 8.6.0 and trying to set ticket on an assignment shape. However, I'm not able to find the option to set a ticket since there is no Advanced tab (see attachment). I used to see Routing, Service level agreement, Specification, and Advanced options under Assignment shape in a different version but now only Actions, Specification, and status. Can anyone help me find the ticket?
