How to view the PDF in new tab on click of PDf icon
As per the requirment, I need to view the PDF in new tab once user will click on PDF icon.
as of now, I have configured that on click of pdf icon I am calling an OTTB activity that is directly downloading the PDF. but I want before downloading it should open in new tab first and after view user can download it also.

Thanks for your response, but my requirment is different. as per my requirment PDF should be viewed in new tab once user click on icon.

Have you attached the PDF to the case - will this not let you open the attachment by clicking on link in attachment section?
Is there a setting in the browser you can modify?
Open Chrome Settings > click on Advanced > Site Settings under ‘Privacy & Security’ > click on PDF Documents > toggle the switch stating automatically opening them in Chrome instead of Download PDF files.
It might help if you could provide a document with screenshots illustrating how your activity is configured to create the PDF.

We don't need to attach the PDF as attachment and this is not an attachment specific with case.

@JAIVEER7503 I can see that you raised support ticket INC-257201 a day after posting your question on the forum.
OOTB there is no specific rules to achieve this. You were informed to use customizations within your case management process.
I will let other users comment in case someone here has designed a similar scenario.
